eLibrary PIN GuidelinesThe Library Network
  • PINs in eLibrary can only be composed of letters and numbers; no spaces or special characters (@,$,), etc.)
  • PINs can be up to 10 characters long. It is recommended that PINs be at least 4 characters long for security reasons.
  • PINs are not case-sensitive.
  • If you use the automated phone renewal system, numeric PINs are recommend.

    • Contact your library if you cannot determine what your PIN is.
    For your account security, if you are using the default PIN, please change your PIN as soon as possible.
